Warranty Policy

ELECTRIC DIRT MOTORCYCLE LIMITED WARRANTY

All electric dirt motorcycles purchased from 7Go are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty period is either 6 months or 12 months, starting from the date the product is received by the customer.

CONDITIONS FOR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

  • You must be the original owner.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

COMPONENTS COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY

  • Battery: 12 months
  • Controller: 12 months
  • LED Lights: 12 months
  • Motor: 12 months
  • Display: 12 months
  • Throttle: 12 months
  • Electrical Wiring: 12 months
  • Frame: 12 months

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Defects or damage resulting from:
    • Accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or activities not consistent with the intended use of the product).
    • Improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt.
    • Neglect or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
  • Defects or damage caused by private modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and scuffs unless caused by 7Go.
  • Products with serial numbers or barcodes that are removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible.
  • Ordinary wear and tear.
  • Defects or damage caused by using accessories, products, or equipment not approved by 7Go.
  • Issues arising from improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, servicing, or repair inconsistent with the assembly instructions or owner’s manual.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as collisions, fire, flooding, storms, lightning, earthquakes, theft, blown fuses, or improper electrical usage.

BATTERY-SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage to the battery resulting from:

  • Charging with an improper or unintended charger.
  • Using a battery charger incorrectly.
  • Broken or tampered seals on the battery.
  • Using the battery in equipment other than the specified bike.

CLAIMING WARRANTY

To claim warranty coverage:

  1. Provide evidence of the defect (e.g., images or videos).
  2. Our technicians will validate the defect.
  3. If approved, a replacement component will be sent free of charge.
  4. In some cases, you may need to work with a local technician approved by 7Go.

Please take these factors into consideration before making a purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Any modifications made to the product will void the warranty.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.
